Fulbright Foreign Student Program
The Fulbright Program are full scholarships to international undergraduate students from 155 countries of the world who are keen to pursue a Masters/ PhD in the US. The scholarships may be obtained for a non degree post graduate program. It covers the expenses for tuition, textbook, air ticket, stipend and health insurance. A total of 1,800 scholarships are awarded every year.
Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a program for a year of non-degree study and training in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries around the world. The fellowships will provide fees, stipend, health and accident insurance, travel costs etc. Around 200 foolships will be given annually.
UK & British Commonwealth Government Scholarships – Quota Chain Government started the 7% and the 39% quota chains in 1964 and 1966 respectively. It is also sometimes referred to as the Special Scholarships with the introduction of Gifted Scholarships in July, 1977.

British Chevening Scholarships
Chevening Scholarships are the UK government scholarships available to outstanding academics, with leadership potential and a strong positive impact in the UK and Chevening-eligible countries around the globe. Scholarships are typically for one year Masters courses. Flanders Government Master Mind scholarships International Students 2019.
The Flanders government has come up with a new program of scholarship, Master Mind Scholarships and is intended to go further to internationalize the Flemish Higher Education. It offers scholarships to outstanding Master students regardless of nationality to 45 scholarships. The new arrival gets an award of up to 8,000 euros/year of study. The Host Institution in Flanders is justified to charge the applicant a tuition fee of up to 109 euros/year.
VLIR-UOS Scholarship Scheme

The scholarships are particularly targeted to international students and young professionals in developing countries of the following regions of Africa, Asia, Pacific Islands, Central and South America and Central and Eastern Europe. DAAD sponsors the programmes selected with various full or partial scholarships.
